The air-cooled box type chiller mainly consists of a scroll compressor, an efficient V-shaped fin condenser, a filter, a liquid circuit control valve, a thermal expansion valve, an internally threaded copper tube evaporator, an electrical control system, etc.
1、 Vortex compressor:

2. Efficient V-shaped finned condenser/shell and tube evaporator:
3、Condenser copper tube types: light tube and internally threaded tube, aluminum foil types: green water foil and light foil, aluminum sheet: hydrophilic film aluminum sheet, white film aluminum sheet. The evaporator adopts high-quality copper pipes over 1.5mm thick, with internal thread design, large pipe diameter, high flow rate, and good cooling effect.
2、 Electrical component control system:
Imported digital display temperature controller with well-known domestic brand electrical control configuration to ensure safe and stable operation of the unit. Not only does it extend the service life of the machine, but it is also easy and intuitive to operate;
1. The air-cooled condenser adopts an imported fan and a large axial flow design with high heat transfer efficiency.
2. The air-cooled series does not require a cooling pump or water tower, and is easy to install, suitable for use in environments with limited production space. Ethylene glycol solution can be used as a refrigerant, and the outlet temperature of chilled water can be controlled above -35 ℃.
3. The air-cooled chiller is equipped with two refrigeration circuits, so even if one circuit fails, the other circuit can operate normally.
The bottom of the body is equipped with movable casters, which are flexible and convenient to use.
4. The unit features a streamlined and aesthetically pleasing design, with a sloping operation panel (humanized design), making the operating procedures clear at a glance.
The unit is equipped with a stainless steel water tank and a high-performance, high flow dedicated water pump.
5. The assembly of the chiller, refrigerant filling, and internal accessories are all completed in the factory. On site, only the power supply and water pipes need to be connected to use it, which has the characteristics of simplicity and economy.
This series of models can be customized with ultra-low temperature liquid outlet temperatures ranging from 7 ℃ to -25 ℃
